Merrimack River Estate sits on landscaped grounds along the Merrimack River in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, 35 miles north of Boston. French-inspired architecture, riverside scenery, and a full roster of event spaces make it one of the more distinctive private event properties in New England.

This is not a one-space venue. The estate is designed to support multi-phase events, from arrival and cocktails through a full reception, with room configurations that work for formal gatherings, milestone celebrations, and corporate events that benefit from a destination-style setting.

THE SPACES

The Manor Terrace provides an outdoor event setting on the estate grounds, well-suited for ceremonies, receptions, and outdoor gatherings during warmer months. Manor Hall offers an architectural indoor alternative when the program calls for it or the season requires it.

The Fireside Lounge is a warm, social space, ideal for cocktail receptions, pre-event gatherings, and breakout moments during a larger program.

The Estate Ballroom is the main event space. It is designed for full-evening receptions, seated dinners, and large-format celebrations with room for everything a well-run event needs.

For private use, The Gallery and The Study offer dedicated suite-style spaces that work for leadership gatherings, green rooms, or executive prep areas depending on the event format.

ON-SITE LODGING

On-site guest accommodations are included with bookings, not as an add-on but as part of the package. Initial bookings include a block of rooms for two nights, with additional rooms available as your group size takes shape.
